KeyBridge IT Solutions — Brand Creation & Rollout

When KeyBridge IT Solutions approached us, they were ready to step into the market with a bold, modern identity that reflected their expertise across AI, Cybersecurity, and IT Support. They needed a brand that felt trustworthy, technically sharp, and commercially confident — something that would stand out in a crowded sector while giving them the flexibility to grow.

We partnered with them end‑to‑end, building a complete visual and strategic foundation for the business.

Brand Identity & Logo System

We began by defining the core brand idea: bridging people, technology, and intelligent solutions. From this, we crafted:

  • Primary logo — a strong, geometric wordmark paired with a multi‑layered “K” symbol representing connection, structure, and forward movement.
  • Icon system — scalable, simplified marks for use across digital platforms, favicons, and app-style environments.
  • Sub‑branding — a modular system for their three service pillars: AI, Cyber, and Support, each with its own colour accent and visual rhythm.

This gave KeyBridge a flexible identity that works as well on a billboard as it does in a browser tab.

Brand Guidelines

To ensure consistency across every touchpoint, we produced a comprehensive set of brand guidelines covering:

  • Logo usage & spacing
  • Colour palettes
  • Typography
  • Iconography
  • Layout rules
  • Tone of voice
  • Digital and print applications

These guidelines now act as the brand’s internal compass, enabling their team — and any future partners — to maintain clarity and cohesion.

Website Holding Page

While the full website is in development, we designed and built a clean, high‑impact holding page to establish the brand online immediately. It introduces the new identity, communicates their core services, and provides a clear route for enquiries.

Social Media Profiles & Headers

We rolled out the brand across all major social platforms, creating:

  • Profile images
  • Header graphics
  • Post templates
  • Visual rules for ongoing content

This ensured KeyBridge launched with a unified, professional presence from day one.

Mini Brochure

To support sales conversations and early outreach, we designed a compact, punchy brochure that introduces the company, outlines their services, and showcases the new brand in action. It’s structured for quick scanning, strong messaging, and visual impact.

Exhibition Stand Design

For their event and networking activity, we created a modular exhibition stand that carries the brand’s bold geometry and colour system into a physical environment. The stand is designed to be:

  • Visually striking from a distance
  • Clean and structured up close
  • Easy to assemble and reuse

It gives KeyBridge a confident presence at any event.
