A complete brand experience, delivered across digital and physical touchpoints

Website: Bringing Mercury’s platform to life

Mercury is a fast‑growing, Microsoft‑powered staffing and recruitment platform trusted by global firms for CRM, ATS, analytics, and automation. Their technology unifies the entire recruitment lifecycle — from candidate sourcing to back‑office operations — into one connected ecosystem.

Our role was to translate that sophistication into a digital presence that feels modern, intuitive, and unmistakably Mercury.

What we did

  • Full website design direction — creating a clean, scalable visual system that reflects Mercury’s precision, innovation, and enterprise‑grade capability.
  • UX refinement — simplifying complex product stories into clear, digestible user journeys that highlight Mercury’s value across CRM, ATS, analytics, and automation.
  • Visual identity enhancement — elevating their brand through refined typography, structured layouts, and a confident, tech‑forward aesthetic.
  • Modular component design — ensuring the site can grow with Mercury’s expanding product suite and global footprint.
  • Collaborative build support — working closely with Mercury’s internal team to ensure the final site delivered both performance and polish.

How we approached it

We began by mapping Mercury’s core pillars — Sales & Recruiting, Middle & Back Office, and Analytics — and designing a narrative that guides users through the platform’s capabilities. From there, we built a visual language that balances clarity with energy: crisp spacing, purposeful motion, and a premium feel that mirrors the strength of the Microsoft ecosystem Mercury is built on.

The result is a website that feels confident, modern, and aligned with Mercury’s position as a digital transformation leader in the staffing industry.

Exhibition Stand: Texas Showcase

To support Mercury’s presence at a major industry exhibition in Texas, we designed a stand that captured attention instantly and communicated the brand’s value at a glance.

What we did

  • Concept development — creating a bold, high‑impact stand concept that reflects Mercury’s innovation and authority.
  • 3D visualisation — producing photorealistic renders to help the team visualise the space, flow, and customer engagement points.
  • Graphic system design — applying Mercury’s brand across large‑format surfaces with clarity and impact.
  • Messaging hierarchy — crafting concise, powerful statements that communicate Mercury’s strengths in CRM, ATS, analytics, and automation.
  • On‑site experience planning — ensuring the stand supported demos, conversations, and lead capture seamlessly.

How we approached it

We treated the stand as a physical extension of the website: clean lines, confident spacing, and a premium tech aesthetic. The goal was to create a space that felt open, modern, and unmistakably Mercury — a place where product demos and conversations could happen naturally, supported by strong visual storytelling.

The Outcome

Across both digital and physical environments, we delivered a unified brand experience that reflects Mercury’s ambition, capability, and momentum. From the website to the exhibition floor, every touchpoint reinforces Mercury as a leader in recruitment technology — modern, connected, and built for growth.
